The 7-day license is free and does not use Stripe. After seven days the key expires unless you upgrade to Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime.

Cancel a monthly or annual plan from Stripe’s customer portal or by emailing hello@flexibookwp.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not prorate a period that has already started, unless required by law or we agree in writing.

Lifetime is a one-time digital license. After the key is issued we treat delivery as complete. Refunds are discretionary except where consumer law requires otherwise.

If you buy as a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content, that right ends once performance starts if you:

• expressly consented to immediate delivery, and
• acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right as a result.

Checking the box on checkout is that consent: we issue the license key and plugin download immediately. If you have not yet revealed or used the key, email us within 14 days and we will review a withdrawal.

Write to hello@flexibookwp.com from the account email, with the license key or Stripe receipt. Chargebacks without a prior request may revoke the key.
